We believe success comes from working together, so instead of just engaging the child, we engage the whole family. We work with families in their home and community, at times and days that are convenient for them.
Our team is available 24/7 to answer any questions and help resolve conflict.
We provide services to families and individuals that face a range of challenges, all families and young people must be referred and funded by the Department of Communities:
- Families facing out-of-home placements
- Children re-entering their family or foster homes, or alternative placements
- Juvenile offenders
- Young people disengaged from mainstream schooling
- Post 18 year olds transitioning into the community
- Individuals with substance abuse challenges
- Young mothers/parents
